Skybox 96

Counter-Strike 1.6 skybox 96 with six original 256 x 256 TGA environment textures. Includes the matching supplied preview.

Sky name: sky96. Six faces: sky96bk.tga, sky96dn.tga, sky96ft.tga, sky96lf.tga, sky96rt.tga, sky96up.tga. Original TGA bytes are unchanged; only filenames and package paths were normalized.

The preview is the matching ready-made image supplied with this skybox. It has not been cropped, resized, retouched or regenerated.

Owner review: Draft for owner review. Original author and redistribution license are unverified. The six textures were structurally validated but not tested in-game during this import.

1. Extract sky96.zip. It contains sky96/gfx/env/ with exactly six TGA files.
2. Open the outer sky96 folder and copy its gfx folder into your cstrike directory. The final paths must be cstrike/gfx/env/sky96bk.tga and the other five faces; do not leave the outer sky96 folder inside cstrike.
3. Configure your map or server sky-setting plugin to use the base sky name sky96, without a face suffix or file extension. A custom sky setting does not automatically change every map.
4. Make all six files available to clients through your existing server download configuration. Test sky orientation and appearance on a private server before use.
